Order Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled on hutixe.com

1. Cancellation Conditions

An order may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided that it has not yet been dispatched.

  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours and before dispatch are eligible for a full refund
  • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago, or orders that have already been dispatched, cannot be cancelled

If cancellation is no longer possible, we recommend waiting for the delivery and then following the applicable returns and refunds process in accordance with our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy.

2. How to Request an Order Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Email contact is preferred to ensure accurate record keeping, although phone enquiries are also accepted.

When submitting a cancellation request, please provide sufficient information to allow us to locate and verify your order, which may include:

  • Your order number
  • The name used when placing the order
  • Proof of payment or transaction reference, where applicable

3. Review and Confirmation

Once your cancellation request is received, our customer support team will review the order status without delay.

If the cancellation is approved, we will confirm the outcome and proceed with the refund arrangement. If the order has already entered the dispatch process, we will inform you accordingly.

4. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Refunds are initiated within 1–3 working days after the cancellation has been confirmed. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the processing policies of your bank or payment provider.
