• We deliver within the United Kingdom, offer free delivery
• Orders placed before 18:00 on working days on the same day, orders placed after 18:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed starting from the next working day
• Order processing typically takes 1–3 working days before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–14 days

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders cancelled within 48 hours and before dispatch are eligible for a full refund
• Orders placed more than 48 hours ago, or orders that have already been dispatched, cannot be cancelled
• If cancellation is no longer possible, we recommend waiting for the delivery and then following the applicable returns and refunds process
• Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 1–3 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchange conditions are governed by our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges due to our centralised inventory and fulfilment process
• To ensure accurate and timely handling, all exchanges are processed as returns, and a new order must be placed

Returns:

• You can request a return within 50 days of confirming receipt, use the return label included in the package
• Voluntary Returns: Items must be unused, in good condition, complete with original accessories and packaging. Refunds may deduct shipping or return fees
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us promptly with clear proof (such as photos). A full or partial refund will be arranged, and return may not be required in some cases

Refunds:

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be initiated within 1–3 working days using the original payment method
• The refund is processed through the original payment provider, and the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment service provider
