This policy outlines how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled on hutixe.com. It is intended to provide clear guidance in line and applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 50 days from the date you receive your product, provided the return meets the conditions set out in this policy.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions in order to be eligible for a refund:

  • The item has not been used, installed, or modified
  • The item is returned in acceptable condition, suitable for inspection
  • All original accessories, components and documentation are included
  • The original packaging is intact, or appropriate protective packaging is used

Items that show signs of customer damage, misuse, improper handling, or do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Exchange Policy

We do not offer an exchange service.

This is due to the way our inventory is stored and dispatched through a centralised fulfilment process. Offering exchanges would increase processing times and create uncertainty in stock allocation. To ensure accurate and timely handling, all replacements are processed as returns followed by a new order.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us by email with your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

5. Return Shipping and Fees

A return shipping label is included inside the parcel at the time of delivery. Please retain this label, as it is required for returning the item.

If the return is made voluntarily (for example, change of mind), certain costs may be deducted from the refund, which may include original shipping costs or return handling fees.

If the return is due to a product quality issue or damage caused during transportation, return shipping will be provided at no cost to the customer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear supporting information, such as photographs.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund or a partial refund. In certain cases, a return may not be required.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 1–3 working days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
